By purchasing from Just My Type, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions below:

Timeframes Upon final approval of your design for production, allow 2 weeks for standard printing and 3-5 weeks for specialty printing, such as letterpress, foiling, specialty shapes and handmade paper. Once complete, please allow up to 1 additional week for delivery. Please keep in mind that additional revisions and delayed feedback during the design phase also alter your timeline.

Ownership of artwork All Just My Type designs and sketches are protected by intellectual copyright and belong solely to Just My Type. Under no circumstances may Just My Types artwork or designs, including artwork supplied during the conceptual and proofing process, be reproduced or repurposed. 

Proofing and Reprinting We provide three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions incur additional design costs of $25 per edit. We recommend keeping your feedback as concise as possible. Prior to print, please TRIPLE CHECK all details, dates, maps, spelling, colours etc. Once checked, then confirm the items are approved for print. Just My Type cannot be held responsible for errors found post print-approval. If there is a mistake with wording or design approved by the client, the costs of reprinting are the responsibility of the client. 

Print vs Screen We do our best to display all products and materials as accurately as possible, however please keep in mind there may be slight colour differences between screen and print. 

Pricing and Payments Orders are invoiced with a design deposit, this is to secure your place in the design schedule. Design does not start until payment and stationery details have been received. Just My Type will issue the final invoice once design is complete and approved for print. Stationery will not be dispatched until final payment has been received. All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars.  All costs are subject to change without further notice. On the rare occasion that a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order. 

Invoices that are unpaid after the payment deadline are subject to a fee of 30% on the owed amount every month, charged weekly until the balance is paid.

Publication Should images of work created by Just My Type be published in printed publications or in online blog features, Just My Type must be correctly credited and notified of the publication prior to its feature.Just My Type retains the rights to post individual invitations and/or wedding goods on its website and social media. If there is an issue with this, please advise please advise on initial engagement of Just My Type. 

Shipping Just My Type is not responsible, nor may be held liable for any losses, damages or delays due to shipping. We advise placing your order with ample time, to allow for your desired delivery. International orders may be liable to taxes or tariffs upon entry into your country, these are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds and Cancellations Due to the custom nature of our products, Just My Type is unable to offer refunds in the event of order cancellation or client dissatisfaction. If Just My Type is responsible for a mistake not approved by the client in their final proof, we will reprint or supply printing credit.
